Whole Inspection of Incoming Raw Materials
Objective: Confirm that all polyester yarns, filter meshes, and accessories match design specifications. Process: Inspect quantity, color consistency, tensile properties, and dimensional accuracy. Materials not meeting standards are rejected and sent back to vendors.
-
Sampling Inspection of Semi-Finished Products
Objective: Ensure the quality of partially processed fabrics (e.g., woven mesh, coated belts) before finishing. Process: Random samples from each production batch—such as woven belts and coated fabrics—are examined for weave uniformity, coating adhesion, and seam integrity. Supervisors verify inspectors’ findings to maintain accuracy.
-
Sampling Inspection of Finished Products
Objective: Verify that completed belts and filter meshes conform precisely to customer drawings and performance criteria. Process: Each finished item is measured for width, thickness, pore size, and seam strength. Any nonconforming pieces are flagged, reworked, or discarded. We maintain three dedicated inspection stations to sustain high qualification rates.
-
Testing of Key Mechanical and Physical Parameters
Objective: Confirm belts meet or exceed performance requirements under real-world conditions. Process: Tensile Strength & Elongation Tests: Ensure belts withstand operational tension without deformation. Abrasive Wear Tests: Simulate extended use in solid-liquid separation environments. Antistatic Conductivity Tests: For belts with conductive yarns, verify static dissipation properties. Heat-Resistance & Thermal Stability: Check dimensional stability of dryer fabrics under high-temperature drying.
-
Aging and Durability Tests
Objective: Evaluate long-term stability and durability of filter fabrics. Process: Continuous Operation Simulation (24–72 hours): Belts run through tension and drying cycles to detect early failures. Chemical Resistance Tests: Expose samples to typical process liquids (acids, alkalis, solvents) to ensure no degradation in performance. Ultraviolet (UV) Exposure: For outdoor or UV-intense applications, assess colorfastness and material integrity.
-
Specialized Environmental & Functional Tests
Objective: Tailor testing to customer-specific climate or process requirements. Process: Extreme Temperature Tests: Simulate ultra-low (–20 ℃) and ultra-high (+80 ℃) conditions when required. Corrosion & Humidity Tests: For belts used in corrosive or high-humidity environments, ensure coatings and yarns resist rust, mildew, and moisture. Permeability & Filtration Efficiency: Measure flow rate, retention efficiency, and cake release performance for filter belts in dewatering applications.
-
Packing Inspection
Objective: Prevent transit damage and ensure safe delivery. Process: Inspect packaging materials (plastic wrap, cartons, pallets) for strength and moisture resistance. Ensure belts are labeled and secured to avoid deformation or contamination during shipping.
-
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Objective: Final verification before dispatch. Process: Check that each order is correctly labeled, sized, and documented. If requested, we apply custom shipping marks or barcode labels to facilitate easy handling, storage, and inventory control upon arrival.
